Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

If you change your mind or receive your order and don't think it's suitable, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a return approval. We do not offer refunds for change of mind so please contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing as we will be happy to assist where possible.

A store credit will be issued where the approved item is returned to us (at the customer's expense) in an unopened, unused and unwashed condition. The returned item must be in the original packaging with all packaging materials/swing tags included/attached. Returned items must also be received back to us within 14 days of initial delivery to the customer and will be deducted a restocking fee of 10% to cover costs associated with processing the return. If an item is received back with no prior approval or in any other condition or outside of our return timeframe it will be returned to you. 

All items purchased under the ‘Sale’ or ‘Last One’ category are not eligible to be returned for a store credit along with any underwear, socks, swimwear and opened bedding/décor items where the measurements and fabric composition information is provided – therefore they cannot be opened and repacked.

Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional/discount codes. They must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be backdated, applied or refunded after an order has been placed.

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event you receive an item you believe is faulty or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of receiving the item with a detailed description and photos/video and we will get back to you as soon as possible to rectify the situation. The above return conditions also apply to incorrectly supplied items.

Wear and tear or improper use/care is not considered a fault.  While the products we stock are of a high quality, nothing is indestructible and general wear and tear is common with products used by kids.  Please show them how to use their new goodies properly so they are looked after to the best of their ability.
